COPYRIGHT: All visitors who browse any of our sites, logged in or not, acknowledge that by visiting our pages that they are in agreement that all images, text, sounds, templates and format of our site/s are copyright. Those images & names that are not owned by us are used in agreement by way of means that we are selling their products, goods or services, and in that way only are we using a third-party logo and descriptions or captions for their products. We will not hesitate to remind and take further action on those copying and reusing wether for profitable gain or not, anything that is considered our property by way of true ownership or by means of a legal assignment with regard to negative/slide photographic collections and images.

YOUR ORDER: Making an order on our site does not make a binding offer that the items listed are actually available for sale, & that unless we have delivered, or confirmed in response to that order, that the item is available and ready for delivery, and at the price you see, we may not be in a position to honour the sale. We do use a stock level indicator, although this is a loose guide only, as is the maximum customer order levels indicator. Errors can occur & items can be withdrawn from sale at anytime. A full refund would be sent without question.
RETURNS: All returns must be authorised & agreed prior to its return or your return postage cost will not be refunded. Any products that are genuinely faulty will be replaced with a like-for-like item as soon as a replacement is available, if not in stock. For copyrighted items such as DVD/Videos/Software these are only exchanged if found faulty. Photographs are neither sold on an approval service, or on a Sale-or-Return basis within this store system, and these are considered the same as those aforementioned 'copyrighted items'. Taking account of the Distance Selling 7-day cooling off period of online sales, the photographs & postcards you see online is the same as you will receive after your order has been agreed and sent. All items in our online sales images have a watermark to deter theft of our low-res images, note that all images are printed on photo paper, not created using home ink-jet printing, unless either specifically requested or offered.
